Other World Computing Institutes New Return Policy

· by Mike Washlesky · News

Other World Computing has announced a new warranty and return policy for all of its products and services. The new policy is designed to alleviate customer frustration by immediately replacing most items. Instead of waiting for the defective item to arrive, OWC will ship a replacement via one or two-day air. According to Other World Computing:

Other World Computing (OWC), a leading provider of products and services for the Macintosh marketplace, today introduced new warranty and return policies that will help customers get quicker fulfillment on products purchased from OWC.

For example, whereas most companies require customers that need an exchange to send back the faulty product before a replacement will ship, OWC customers have an immediate replacement shipped out for most items, thus eliminating unnecessary downtime and frustration. As OWC sends replacements out via one- to two-day air delivery service, customers receive a prompt replacement without any extra hassle.

You can find more information about the new return policy at the Other World Computing Web site.
