Western Digital announced the immediate availability of a 120GB version of its Passport portable USB hard drive on Monday. The drive uses a Western Digital Scorpio 2.5-inch 5400rpm drive mechanism, has a ruggedized non-slip surface, and includes Data Lifeguard protection. The Passport USB 120GB drive is priced at US$199, and an optional carrying case is $24.99.
