Artlandia, Inc has released a new app for the Mac, SymmetryWorks. SymmetryWorks is an Adobe Illustrator plug-in designed for pattern making and industrial design. The latest version features Illustrator 8 and later support and OS X compatability. According to Artlandia:

The new release makes the plug-in available for all Illustrator versions starting from 8.0 and expands the list of supported platforms to Mac OS X. The plug-in also runs natively on the classic Macintosh.
