PersonalBrain 4.0 Adds HTML Export, Improves Searches

TheBrain Technologies announced the immediate availability of PersonalBrain 4.0 on Monday. PersonalBrain is an application that allows users to organize documents, Web pages, and ideas based on their relationship to each other. The new version added the ability to export document relationships as HTML with AJAX technology, and also added an advanced search feature.

The update also added Expanded Thought views, zoomable icons, the ability to automatically move to documents the user is currently working on outside of PersonalBrain, improved the user interface, and more.

PersonalBrain 4.0 is priced at US$249.95 and is available for download at the TheBrain Web site. A basic version that allows users to link thoughts and Web pages is available for free, and a US$149.95 version adds expanded view options, advanced searches, automatic folder visualization, link types and properties, tables in notes, automatic thumbnails, and the ability to attach documents.
