DEVONtechnologies has released an update for DEVONthink , bringing it to version 1.2.4. DEVONthink is a personal data management tool designed for organizing data, ranging from pictures to source codes. The update features performance enhancements including and updater function and bug fixes. According to DEVONtechnologies:

Without the need for any indexing at all, DEVONthink fully or semi-automatically classifies elements, lists similar contents and words immediately using fuzzy algorithms, finds and compares text and even images, summarises texts intelligently and provides high performance concordance tools.
The maintenance update introduces a check-for-updates function which lets users find out with a single click if their application is still up-to-date, speeds up the whole application and corrects some bugs.
Additionally, some interface glitches have been removed to make DEVONthink Personal Edition even easier to use, and the programme is now localization-savvy. The first languages will be German and Japanese, available with the next major release.
