ProSoft Acquires myStock

ProSoft Engineering announced that it purchased the stock portfolio management application myStock from Bare Reef on Wednesday. The application will be renamed Stox and sold through the companyis JoeSoft brand later this month.

ProSoft Engineering will continue to support current myStock users and will take over all development of the product. The company also promised to offer aggressive upgrade pricing to current myStock customers.

myStocks is currently priced at US$24.95. ProSoft Engineering has not yet stated whether or not it plans on changing the applicationis pricing scheme.
