Psystar Mac Clone Delivered (with video)

· by · News

A Psystar customer took delivery of his Open Computing Mac clone and published a video of the startup process to show that itis really running Mac OS X, according to Gizmodo on Monday. However, software updates are not enabled and the computeris cooling fans seemed a bit noisy. A healthy discussion of the OSx86 project ensued.

The customer identified the video cable coming from the Psystar computer to the Dell monitor so there would be no doubt about the source of the video signal.
