According to DealMac.com, Small Dog Electronics is offering a refurbished 800MHz model with a 3-year AppleCare Warranty for $1,849. Thatis nearly $200 less than the package will cost brand new.
Despite the good news from ComputerWare of hundreds of new iMacs in stock, other retail outlets like CompUSA tell TMO that they are still only receiving 3 to 8 of the very popular Macs per week, and those sell out very fast, according to their salespeople.
