Dejal Systems has released a new app called Simon 1.0. Simon is a site monitoring app designed for checking the status of Web and FTP sites. The app ships with support for English and French languages. According to Dejal Systems:

This application checks Web and/or FTP sites that you specify at the desired frequency, and indicates when they change or go down. It includes several ways to be notified when a change, failure, or recovery occurs.
