Matrix Games announced on Thursday that Star Chamber: The Harbinger Saga will start shipping the week of December 7. Star Chamber is a turn-based online strategy game where players vie for control over alien races, planets, and each other. It will be available for download at the Matrix Games Web site, and is priced at US$29.99. The boxed version of the game will be available in stores later in December.
