The Devil Is In The Details, And The Web

Chaotic Software has updated their offline web page storage and browsing tool, Web Devil, to version 4.9.5. Web Devil allows users to download entire web sites, including JavaScript, images, and movies, for viewing offline at a later time. According to Chaotic Software:

  • Added support for BASE URLis when downloading for offline browsing.
  • Fixed problems with mail links when downloading for offline browsing.
  • Added support for relinking URLis that refer to items in the same hierarchy.
  • Fixed problems with URL escape characters being removed when entered in the window.
  • Fixed problems with the URL name filter not filtering some files.
