Traveling with Vienna

A new version of Vienna, the open source RSS reader, has been released as a portable application which allows one to carry their news on any portable device. The details were published at FreeSMUG.

A Flash drive, an iPod, and external hard disk, a memory card or other portable device is supported so long as it has 10 MB of free space and can be used with a Mac OS X computer.

Installation instructions, source code and a support link were all posted on the FreeSMUG page.

Vienna is a free RSS reader for Mac OS X that has most of the capabilities of other RSS readers. It requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later.
