Yak Adds Mac yakForFree Support

Yak Communications announced the immediate availability of a Mac version of its Virtual VideoPhone software on Wednesday. Virtual VideoPhone lets subscribers make free member-to-member voice or video calls over the Internet. The service also includes audio conferencing for up to ten people, unlimited distributed conferencing, four-user video conferencing, call recording, and more.

The free yakForFree Virtual VideoPhone software is available for download at the Yak Communications Web site. Basic service is free, and WorldCity VoIP services that let users call traditional landline and cell phones start at US$9.99 a month.
