AAPL 2013 Q4 Earnings Report Set for Oct 28

Apple will host its 2013 fourth fiscal quarter earnings report on Monday, October 28 after the market closes at about 5PM eastern time. The Mac, iPhone and iPad maker said during its third quarter earnings call it expects to report between US$34 billion and $37 billion in revenue for the quarter.

The quarter has the potential to show big numbers for the company since it included the launch of the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c. The just updated MacBook Pro line, available now, won't be included in those numbers since it was released in October.

The brand new iPad Air doesn't ship until November 1 and the Retina Display iPad mini will follow later in the month. The redesigned Mac Pro isn't shipping until sometime before the end of the year, too, so sales figures for those devices won't show up until the company's first fiscal quarter report for 2014.

As always, The Mac Observer will offer our news coverage and analysis for the earnings report, so be sure to check in with us on October 28.

Apple closed on Wednesday at $524.96 and is trading in the pre-market Thursday morning at $525.60, up 0.64 (0.12%).
