Aperture Update Improves iPhoto Importing

Aperture 3 UpdateApple released Aperture 3.1.2 on Tuesday with improved compatibility with iPhoto and better importing from large iPhoto libraries. Aperture is Apple’s pro-level image management and editing application.

Version 3.1.2 properly imports albums in folders from iPhoto 9.1.1, Raw images now import from iPhoto 9 without showing “Reprocess” in Adjustments, processing damaged images shouldn’t crash the application any more, stability issues when switching libraries has been resolved, brush-related stability issues have been addressed, and more.

Aperture 3.1.2 is available as a free update via the Software Update application, or as a downloadable installer at the Apple Support Web site.
