The splash page for the new section says,

Mastered for iTunes means these albums have been specially tuned for higher fidelity sound on your computer, stereo, and all Apple devices. Browse a range of music across all genres below, and keep checking back as we add more music that is mastered specifically for iTunes.

Albums are available from several generes such as Alternative, Rock, Classical, and Jazz. The section even has a grouping dedicated just to Pink Floyd albums.

Prices for albums start at US$7.99, and songs can be purchased individually, too.
