Apple Fixes Developer Profile Issues with Xcode Update

Apple released Xcode 4.2.1 late on Thursday to address several bugs in the application development tool, including an issue where developer profiles weren’t visible in the Organizer.

The 4.2.1 update also fixed a problem where the Convert to Objective-C ARC operation failed to complete, and corrected an issue where files would incorrectly appear locked in the documentation window.

Xcode is Apple’s Mac and iOS app development package. It includes components for coding, app testing, interface design, iPhone and iPad emulation, and more.

Xcode 4.2.1 requires OS X 10.7 or higher, and is available for free through the Mac App Store.
