· by · News

Apple released Camera Raw Compatibility 2.4 late on Thursday for Aperture 2 and iPhoto 08. The update added Raw file compatibility for several new cameras from Canon, Pentax, Leaf and Leica.

The 2.4 update added support for the Canon EOS 5D Mark II, Canon PowerShot G10, Pentax K2000/K-m, Leaf AFi-II 6, Leaf AFi-II 7, Leaf Aptus-II 6, Leaf Aptus-II 7, and Leica M8.2. It also addressed issues with other camera models along with overall stability.

Camera Raw Compatibility 2.4 requires Mac OS X 10.4 or higher, and is available via the Software update application, or as a downloadable installer at the Apple Support Web site.
