Apple Plans Q1 Earnings Announcement for 1/25, Offers Webcast

Apple has announced that it will hold its Q1 2010 earnings conference call on January 25th, at 5:00 PM EST (2:00 PM PST). The company will stream the call with analysts via a webcast, in keeping with disclosure regulations. The announcement and conference call will cover the December quarter of 2009, which is Apple's first fiscal quarter.

The Mac Observer will cover the company's announcement as soon as it hits the wires, and we'll offer our usual analysis and more detailed coverage of the conference call as soon as it ends.

Shares in Apple traded lower in the early afternoon trading session on Monday, at US$210.05, down 1.93 (-0.91%), on moderate volume.

I think you mean 2 p.m. PST, 5 p.m. EST

It might be worth noting that Apple will often release a transcript of their announcement prior to the actual streaming audio broadcast. This can really get the after hours market churning.
