OS X 10.7.4

Apple late Monday released to developers the fourth and latest build of OS X 10.7.4, the latest incremental update to OS X Lion. In a sign that a public release may be imminent, the build, 11E52, is the second sequential update to contain no known issues.

Yesterday’s build comes ten days after its predecessor and asks developers to focus on graphics, iCal, Mail, printing, and Time Machine.

Apple has not set a public release date for 10.7.4 but registered developers can download the update now from Apple’s Mac Dev Center. The build’s delta update is 716.91 MB while the combo updater weighs in at 1.43 GB.

Apple’s Mac OS development teams are currently divided between 10.7.4 and 10.8 Mountain Lion, due for release this summer.
