Apple Store Offline

· by · News

Apple's online store was replaced with the familiar "We'll be back soon" notice early Thursday morning. The company hasn't hinted that any new products are about to be released, leading to speculation that the company has a surprise announcement up its sleeve -- although the Mac and iPhone maker could simply be performing site maintenance as well.

Apple went through a phase where new products and product updates were coming out weekly, although that pace has slowed over the past few months. The Mac Observer will be monitoring Apple's Web site for any new products or product changes.
