Macworld UK reports that the Intellectual Property Office has created a list of ten individuals from television, music, art, design, business, and science who have “achieved considerable success or displayed ‘visionary’ behavior in spotting ‘The Next Big Thing,’ or developed innovate products, services, or designs never seen before.” Along with Ive, the list includes Sir James Dyson, Sir Tim Berners-Lee, JK Rowling, and Simon Cowell, among others.

The title is earned by popular vote which takes place online between April 17-24. The person with the largest number of votes will be named the favorite contemporary British Visionary Innovator.

Sir Jonathan has earned numerous awards for his designs over the years, although most have not been earned by popular vote.
