AT&T Working on Family Data Plans

| News

AT&T finally working on family data plansAT&T mobile business CEO Ralph de la Vega says his company is working on family plans for wireless data, and that the new data plan option would be coming soon. His announcement comes as a change in AT&T’s earlier position where executives didn’t seem interested in the idea.

Mr. de la Vega revealed the company’s plans during an interview with CNET. “I’m very comfortable with the plan that will be offered to our customers,” he said.

Aside from saying shared data plans are coming, Mr. de la Vega didn’t offer up any details. There isn’t word yet on when AT&T will launch its shared data plan offering, so we could still be left waiting for months.

Given, Mr. de la Vega’s statement, I’m not sure if you’ll be saving any money.

As I said the devil may be in the details. We are grandfathered under the unlimited data plan, a situation regretted by someone at AT&T

Insaneneo

We won’t be saving money either way due to the fact that no matter how you look at it we are being over charged as is and De La Vega is the biggest Piece of S__t. So if he posts a statement, that means another scam is on the way!!  ATT will act like they are doing us a favor by this but the only people gaining is ATT.  Verizon is no better!!
