Nakahara Informatics announced the immediate availability of iGet 2.7 on Monday. The update for the file transfer application improved overall Mac OS X 10.5 support.

Version 2.7 updated the default download location in Leopard to the Downloads folder, fixed a problem where Automator could crash in Leopard, and corrected a problem that left occasional mdworker errors in Leopardis system log. The update also improved the user interface, improved file transfer performance, and fixed several other bugs.

iGet 2.7 is priced at US$49 and is available for download at the Nakahara Informatics Web site. The update is free for current users.
