Solar Walk Adds Satellite Tracking, More

Vito Technology announced the immediate availability of Solar Walk 1.6 on Wednesday. The update for the solar system model app for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad added the ability to track major earth satellites, along with the ability zoom out to see the galaxy.

Solar Walk 1.6 also added points of interest on the Moon, Mars and Venus, a planetary size comparison video, the ability to see major Earth cities, and more.

Solar Walk 1.6 is priced at US$2.99 and is a free update for current users. The app is available for download at Apple’s iTunes-based App Store.
