Apple has invited a small group of creators to an “Apple Experience” in Los Angeles, scheduled for January 27 to January 29. The invites started circulating online this month, and the timing has raised a clear question for you: will Apple use the week to reveal new hardware?
Apple plans to launch ‘Apple Creator Studio’ on Wednesday, January 28. Apple says the subscription bundle includes Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and Pixelmator Pro on Mac and iPad, plus other pro apps and premium features across Apple’s productivity tools.
That launch sits in the middle of the Los Angeles event window. Because Creator Studio targets pro users, some watchers expect Apple to pair it with new Mac hardware.
Petr Mara shared an image of his invite on Instagram on January 7. The post only gained wide attention days later as it spread across social platforms. Mara has a history with Apple events. He attended Apple’s September showcase, where the company let creators test the iPhone 17 Pro models, which adds weight to the idea that this Los Angeles event has a product angle.
Rumors point to refreshed MacBook Pro models with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. Apple has not announced any new Macs for this week, so treat that part as speculation.
Still, the calendar lines up. Apple’s investor relations site lists its fiscal Q1 2026 results and conference call for Thursday, January 29, 2026. Apple has introduced products close to earnings in the past, so this adds to the attention around the week.
