- New Mexico and Tennessee: July 31 to August 2
- West Virginia: July 31 to August 3
- Arkansas: August 1 to August 2
- Missouri, South Carolina, and Virginia: August 7 to August 9
- Massachusetts: August 8 to August 9
Arkansas offers one of the widest exemptions, covering Macs, iPads, iPhones, Apple Vision Pro, printers, and selected accessories without a listed price limit.
Massachusetts allows most individual items priced at $2,500 or less, while Florida and Missouri limit qualifying computers and accessories to $1,500 per item.
Tennessee applies a $1,500 limit to the combined cost of a computer and eligible accessories, while New Mexico sets lower limits of $1,000 for computers and $500 for related hardware.
Apple advises customers to review local rules before ordering, since some accessories must support school use or come with a computer. Tax savings may appear only on the final receipt.
