Seagate announced its latest Maxtor Shared Storage II network storage system on Monday. The dual-hard drive 1TB system supports up to 20 networked users, automatic backups, multimedia streaming, and can be configured as a RAID 1 (disk mirroring). It includes a Gigabit Ethernet port along with two USB 2.0 ports that can be used for additional backup needs or shared printing.
