Mac|Life sat down and asked themselves where Apple might go in the future as it tries to top itself. Four faux-prototypes were envisioned, within two parameters: each would have to be technically feasible and each would have to represent a trip into uncharted territory.
The four concepts that emerged were the squidget, the iEye, the iProtection, and the iCar.
After all, back in 2001 before the iPod emerged, Apple was just a maker of obscure computers with 2 percent market share. So Appleis future could hold all kinds of new surprises.
The trip down Appleis future lane is fun and worth a look.
