Searchware Solutions has updated their alternative QuickTime media player, Pix Lite, to version 1.1. The new version adds increased AppleScript support, and provides all of the functionality of Appleis own QuickTime Player and Picture Viewer, but in a much smaller package. According to Searchware Solutions:
Version 1.1 makes the following changes:
- Improved AppleScript support, adding many user-requested commands.
- Improved the Slide Show setup process.
- Added the ability to scale by number of pixels, rather than just percentages.
- Made several general performance improvements.
- Made a wide variety of bug fixes, a full list of which is provided in the included documentation.
