Kingston Technology announced the immediate availability of faster versions of its CompactFlash Ultimate Flash memory cards on Monday. The new cards support 266x speeds, up from 133x.

The cards are available in 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB capacities, and are priced at US$89, $144, and $280 respectively. Kingstonis Web site has not yet been updated to show the new flash memory cards.
