Mandolux Posts New Desktops

Mandolux has released new desktops for download today. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent anywhere from abstract imagery to dual monitor desktop configs. According to Mandolux:

Mandolux this week has issued ten new desktops: four Technosis/Anthraxis Two (Abstract/Macro), one Austere Petals (Nature/Macro), and five Appreciation Week (Vector) wallpapers.

About the desktops:

For over two years, the Technosis/Anthraxis theme has been one of the most popular sections on my site but a few weeks ago, I decided to start all over again for something more unique and conceptual. This is version Two and the first set is titled ‘Lucerita.’ The desktop is available in Dual Giant Monitor (1920x1200) and regular setups

There is a new Austere Petal desktop titled Valerie. This is a macro photograph of a red/orange rose petal that has a wonderful texture. This is a beautiful desktop to have

And lastly, a reminder of Appreciation Week: the day I give thanks to all the wonderful websites and people who have helped me share my site with their readers. These include The Mac Observer, The Iconfactory, MacMinute, ResExcellence, and MacMonkies.

You can find more information about the new desktops at the Mandolux Web site. The desktops are available as free downloads.
