equinux announced the immediate availability of MediaCentral 2.7 on Friday. The update for the home media center management application sports a new TV engine that offers improved picture quality.
The new version also added faster channel switching, direct playback of recordings stored in iTunes, improved access to iPhoto i08, and updated online content.
MediaCentral 2.7 is priced at US$29.95.
