Sega Europe has announced that winter 2005 will see the release of Football Manager 2006 for Mac and PC. The soccer management sim, which was developed by Sports Interactive, puts players in charge of their own team, deciding who to bench and who to start as well as game day strategies and more. New features in this version include the ability to negotiate contracts and other financial matters with the teamis board of directors, half-time pep talks that can boost playersi morale, individual player management, a revamped training module and more.
Sega Europe will release more details in the coming months. The publisher did not announce pricing and system requirements. A product page was not available on its Web site as this article was posted.
