Shareware developer Alessandro Levi Montalcini has added support for Appleis new Mighty Mouse to his USB Overdrive utility, which enables users to extend the functionality of gamepads, mice, trackballs and more. It runs in Mac OS X v10.2.8 or higher, which means that users can take advantage of features that Apple made available only to v10.4.2 users.
This is a free update for registered users. USB Overdrive costs US$20 to register. Mr. Montalcini says on his Web site that he will be adding Bluetooth support, as well as a redesigned preference pane, to an upcoming release.
