Wireless Connectivity From Sprint PCS

Sprint is now shipping the Wireless Web Digital Link for Sprint PCS cell phones. The Digital Link is designed to allow users to connect Sprint PCS phones to Handspring handheld computers for internet and email connectivity. According to Sprint:

Sprint, which operates the largest all-digital, all-PCS nationwide wireless network, today announced online availability of the eagerly-awaited Sprint PCS Wireless Web Digital Link.

Sprint PCS Digital Link is Americais First CDMA Springboard (tm) Module and Turns Handspring (tm) Visors(tm) into Sprint PCS Phone and Serves as Wireless Modem to Access Internet

The Digital Link is packaged with a Plantronics 120 Headset, travel charger and a CD-ROM with the Blazer Browser, fusionOne, and links to Palm applications and the product manual. The Springboard(tm) module will provide seven hours of talk time and 300 hours when in standby. The Digital Link weighs only 3.4 ounces.
