app4mac announced on Monday that it is preparing to release a public beta of the new system activity monitoring application CheckUp in December. The utility will let users monitor their Macis processor activity, memory usage, disk activity, network usage, applications, remote system monitoring and more in real time.
CheckUp will require a G5, G5, or Intel-based Mac and supports Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5. It will be available for download on December 10, and the beta period runs through the end of January 2008. Pricing information has not been released yet.
