The BBC’s popular science fiction series Doctor Who has finally worked its way from your TV to your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad in the form of a new game called Doctor Who: The Mazes of Time. The game features the 11th Doctor and is companion Amy Pond in a time travelling adventure where they race to save a family from the Daleks.

The game includes over 100 puzzles for the Doctor and Amy to solve, seven different locations, and the ability to play as the Doctor or Amy. It also includes music from the TV series, and Daleks, Cybermen and Silurians ready to fight the Doctor, along with Open Feint and Game Center support.
The BBC says more levels and enemies are coming soon.
Doctor Who: The Mazes of Time is priced at US$3.99 for the iPhone and iPod touch, and $4.99 for the iPad. Both versions are available for download at Apple’s iTunes-based App Store.
