EA Mobile has released the iPhone version of Mystery Mania, a point-and-click adventure game set in a mansion where the robot F8 must solve a series of puzzles to discover why it was invented. The game features 27 rooms and a cast of quirky characters.
As players outsmart man-eating plants, drink potions (yes, robots can apparently drink potions and must worry about man-eating plants), and build contraptions, they learn more about F8's story and earn achievements. The game is a port of a title that is also available for other mobile phones, where the main character was called F1.
Pricing is US$3.99 and iPhone OS 2.2.1 is required. A free limited-play version is also available.
