Spiderweb Software announced the immediate availability of Avernum 5 for the Mac on Wednesday. The latest game in the Avernum series sends players on an adventure in an underground fantasy cave world to find capture an assassin. It includes over 50 spells and battle disciplines, hundreds of quests, dungeons, fortresses, and more. Avernum 5 costs $28 and is available for download at the Spiderweb Software Web site.
