The preview build of the application development tool lets coders compile apps for OS X Mountain Lion so they can start testing their apps before the OS’s planned summer release.
Apple unveiled OS X Mountain Lion on Thursday and also released a developer preview of the operating system. The new OS will include more iPad-inspired features such as Notification Center and Reminders, and offers tighter iCloud integration compared to OS X Lion.
