Apple has taken a new tack in marketing Apple Watch with a pair of commercials called Apple Watch - Berlin and Apple Watch - Beijing posted to YouTube on Thursday. The Berlin spot shows a couple of Chinese tourists making the most of Berlin, including getting translations, finding a clinic, getting karaoke lyrics, and more. John Martellaro recently discussed the lack of marketing for this device, and showcasing the device's usability outside of a fitness device seems like a great idea.
Conversely, the Beijing spot showcases two German tourists in China using Apple Watch for currency conversions, finding each other, sending messages to one another (I love the "SOS" moment), and more.
