Smile Software released PDFpen 6 on Tuesday, bringing Microsoft Word export and automatic form creation tools to the PDF editing app for the Mac. Version 6 also added auto saving and versioning, a more efficient editing bar, iCloud syncing with the iPhone and iPad versions, Retina Display support, and more. PDFpen 6 is priced at US$59.95 and PDFpenPro 6 costs $99.95, but both are on sale for half price for the next 48 hours to celebrate the new launch. PDFpen is easier to use and less expensive that Adobe Acrobat, and the two-day sale makes it even more affordable.
