Apple has released iPadOS 26.3 Public Beta 2 for testers, roughly four weeks after the first public beta arrived. The new build is 23D5103d, and it follows the first iPadOS 26.3 developer beta that landed in mid December.
This update stays on the iPadOS 26.3 track, which looks more like a polish release than a big feature drop. Public betas can be installed through Settings after you enroll your Apple ID in Apple’s beta program.
