Apple’s rumored iPhone 20 has appeared in a new set of renders, and the design looks very different from the company’s current iPhone lineup. The latest images showcase a quad-curved display that wraps around all four edges, giving the device a much smoother and more futuristic appearance compared to recent models. The renders also point toward several major hardware upgrades, including a silicon-anode battery, next-generation HBM memory, and Apple’s upcoming A21 chipset.
Front Page Tech shared the renders in a new video hosted by Jon Prosser, who claims the device represents Apple’s special 20th-anniversary iPhone expected next year. According to the report, Samsung will supply the curved OLED panels for the device, which explains why the screen closely resembles the aggressive curved designs previously seen on some Samsung phones.

Quad-Curved Display Could Expand Beyond Pro Models
One interesting detail from the renders is the rear camera layout. Instead of the triple-camera setup Apple usually reserves for its high-end Pro models, the iPhone 20 shown in the renders features only a dual-camera system. This detail has raised questions about whether Apple plans to introduce the new curved design across multiple iPhone models instead of limiting it to premium versions.
At the same time, the display itself appears to be the main highlight. The screen curves deeply on all sides while maintaining extremely slim bezels, which gives the phone a cleaner and more immersive look when viewed from the front.
The video also mentions that Apple plans to replace traditional lithium-ion batteries with silicon-anode battery technology. This upgrade would allow the iPhone 20 to fit a larger battery inside the same physical space, which should improve battery life without making the phone thicker or heavier.
Another major change involves memory. Jon Prosser claims Apple will introduce mobile High-Bandwidth Memory, also known as HBM RAM, to improve on-device AI performance for Apple Intelligence features. Samsung reportedly already developed packaging methods that make HBM suitable for smartphones instead of just servers and enterprise hardware.
The iPhone 20 is also expected to feature Apple’s new A21 chip along with an upgraded HDR camera sensor designed to improve photography performance in difficult lighting conditions. While these details remain unconfirmed for now, the latest renders suggest Apple is preparing one of its biggest iPhone redesigns in years.
