Apple has released iPadOS 27 Developer Beta 3 for registered developers. The new beta is now available through the Software Update section on supported iPad models.
How to Update
- Open the Settings app on your iPad.
- Go to General.
- Tap Software Update.
- Select Beta Updates.
- Choose iPadOS 27 Developer Beta.
- Go back and download iPadOS 27 Developer Beta 3.
Make sure your iPad has enough battery and storage before installing the update. It is also a good idea to back up your device because developer betas can have bugs.
What’s New
Apple has not shared any major new feature changes for iPadOS 27 Developer Beta 3 yet. This update appears to focus on bug fixes, performance improvements, and small refinements.
The main iPadOS 27 features still include Siri AI, improved Apple Intelligence features, Visual Intelligence on iPad, child safety improvements, and system-level performance changes.
Since this is still a developer beta, some apps may not work properly, and battery life may not be stable for everyone. If you use your iPad as your main device, it is better to wait for the public beta or final release.
If you’ve already installed the update, let us know your experience in the comments.
