Beats has added a new Power Pink color option to its woven charging cable lineup, giving users another bright choice for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Beats accessories, and other USB-C devices.
The new Power Pink cables are available in three versions:
- USB-C to USB-C, 1.5m: Supports charging up to 60W
- USB-C to USB-C, 3m: Supports charging up to 240W
- USB-A to USB-C, 1.5m: Supports charging up to 15W on select iPhone and iPad models
All three cables focus mainly on charging, so they support USB 2.0 data speeds only. Users can still use them for basic data syncing and wired CarPlay with Apple and Android devices, but they are not meant for fast file transfers.
The USB-C to USB-C versions also support simultaneous charging and audio with compatible Beats headphones and speakers, along with lossless audio on supported devices.
The new Power Pink Beats cables are available now on Apple’s online store, with Target online and retail availability starting July 12. The 1.5-meter cables cost $18.99, while the 3-meter USB-C cable costs $29.99.
