Spoilers: Juliette is preparing another Silo 17 mission
Episode 6, “The Drive,” gives Juliette a much clearer idea of what she has to do next. After recovering more of her memories, she starts planning a return mission connected to Silo 17, where Solo and the surviving children remain in an extremely fragile situation.
Her goal also goes beyond rescuing people. Juliette wants to locate an outflow vent that could help her interfere with the system controlling Silo 18, making the mission important for everyone living underground.
However, Juliette will not simply walk back into Silo 17 herself.
The available Episode 7 synopsis says she sends Lukas Kyle and Patrick Kennedy on a mission, while Camille Sims reaches a breaking point and threatens Robert Sims to reveal the truth. That immediately creates another problem because the system controlling events inside the silo appears to have its own plans for Lukas and Kennedy.
Why “Radio” could change Juliette’s plan
The Episode 7 title is especially interesting because radio communication has already played an important role in the wider Silo story.
Juliette knows Silo 17 better than almost anyone in Silo 18, and establishing communication with Solo or the children would give her information before anyone enters another dangerous area. The radio could also provide a way to coordinate the search for the outflow system without sending Juliette outside immediately.
There is still no official detailed synopsis explaining exactly who Juliette contacts, so any direct conversation with Solo remains speculation for now.
Season 3 is moving past Juliette’s memory problem
Season 3 started with Juliette back inside Silo 18 following the rebellion, but she had lost her memories of what happened outside and during her time with Solo. Someone was also deliberately suppressing those memories with drugs.
That storyline has gradually changed as Juliette remembers more of her experience, including information that could help save Silo 18.
At the same time, Season 3 has been following Daniel Keene and journalist Helen Drew centuries earlier as they investigate the events that eventually led to humanity living inside the silos. Their story continues to reveal how the entire system came into existence.
Silo Episode 7 could push the season toward its endgame
With only three episodes remaining after “Radio,” Juliette cannot spend much longer preparing. Her Silo 17 plan, the mystery surrounding the system controlling Silo 18, and Camille’s increasingly desperate actions are starting to converge.
Silo Season 3 Episode 7 arrives August 14 on Apple TV. What do you think Juliette will discover through the radio, and will Lukas and Kennedy make it through their mission safely? Let us know in the comments.
