Apple’s white USB-C Magic Mouse is available for $60 during Prime Big Deal Days, down $19 from its $79 list price. The deal arrives as Apple’s current compatibility section stops naming Intel Macs, even though the published system requirement remains broader.
The $60 price appears in Amazon’s Magic Mouse listings. Apple’s own product page lists “Mac with macOS 15.1 or later” as the requirement but now shows Apple silicon Macs in its named compatibility list.
That does not mean the mouse suddenly stops pairing with an Intel Mac. Magic Mouse uses Bluetooth, and some Intel models support macOS 15.1. The list removal is a documentation change unless Apple announces a firmware or software restriction.

Check the Mac before buying
Owners of older Macs should verify the newest macOS version their computer can run. A machine limited below macOS 15.1 does not meet Apple’s requirement for the USB-C model, regardless of whether Bluetooth pairing appears possible.
The white mouse includes a woven USB-C charging cable and Apple says its internal battery lasts about a month or more between charges. The charging port remains on the underside, so the mouse cannot be used while plugged in.
The $60 offer matches the lowest widely advertised price for the current white model. Stock and final pricing can change, and the black version may carry a different discount.
Buyers who need to work while charging may prefer a different mouse despite the discount. The price does not change the current model’s underside charging design.
