Some Apple users are finding that iCloud Mail is experiencing an ongoing system outage on Monday. It appears that it started around 9:00AM ET.
iCloud Mail is Down
You can discover this by going to Apple’s System Status webpage. It shows the status of all Apple services, from apps like Apple Books to services like iCloud Notes and Mail.
